Cheshire Novel Prize 2022

The Cheshire Novel Prize is an international prize open to unagented authors. My novel, RECONSTRUCTING THEO, was among the eight shortlisted entries for 2022, as chosen by a stellar panel of judges: Clio Cornish, publisher Penguin, Michael Joseph; Honor Spreckley, associate agent, RCW Literary; literary agent Juliet Mushens of Mushens Entertainment; Moyette Gibbons, writer and communications lead for Black Girl Writers; author and speaker Awais Khan; and Sally Orson-Jones, literary editor and writer's mentor.

One day I will add more here about what a ridiculously exciting, fun, and invigorating journey I had with CNP, but for now I'll end with one of my favorite details: this wonderful experience culminated with me signing with my agent! I am thrilled to say I'm now represented by Honor Spreckley of RCW Literary.

PS Any writers reading this before April 1st 2023 should stop what they're doing RIGHT NOW and enter the current Cheshire Novel Prize competition. For details, visit CheshireNovelPrize.com
