About Me
There are lots of great writers out there, I know. (Maybe you're one of them, but you're short on time so you clicked your way here anyway.) My goal here is to show not only my writing, but the breadth of my experience and its relevance to what you need. You can also just jump to here: Services I Offer.
Writing. I've been a professional writer for nearly 20 years. I understand purpose and audience and deadlines and house style. I relish passionate debate over the Oxford comma. My writing has voice. I have humor when it's called for and engaging brevity when it's not. My work includes feature articles for local and international print magazines, online lifestyle pieces, blogs, ghostwriting, web content for large and small businesses, and other types of writing that don't fit neatly into any category.
Editing. I'm also an editor, working with writers at every stage from conception to completion — except proofreading. God bless the proofreaders. I coach and fix and push professional and amateur writers on works ranging from articles and ebooks to full-length novels and and non-fiction books.
